1. Response to Buyer's Request for Repairs — Roof
In full response to Buyer's request concerning the condition of the roof at the Property, Seller shall not perform any repair, replacement, or remediation of the roof.
2. Credit to Buyer at Close of Escrow
Seller shall provide Buyer a credit of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00), applied at Close of Escrow toward Buyer's recurring and non-recurring closing costs.
3. Amended Close of Escrow Date
The Close of Escrow date is amended to the 21st. All other terms of the Purchase Agreement remain in full force and effect.
